Weather you are an individual or corporation, we appreciate you.

A donation with WDRR can be made tax deductible. We are an approved DGR organisation and your donation will go towards providing essential equipment for volunteers to conduct rescues and provide options for wildlife impacted from disaster events.

How to make a donation

Donations are gratefully accepted, and all donations over $2.00 are fully tax deductible.

We would like to thank the following organisations for their contributions through funding programs.

Southern Downs Regional Council – Councilors Small Grants 2024 and 2025.

From this, we were able to provide PPE safety equipment needed for our volunteers to conduct critical activities. This grant was also able to fund some marketing items including our printed banner and tablecloth. We have been able to purchase a Koala Trap to provide better rescue outcomes for injured and sick koalas in the region.

Queensland Governments Community Gambling Funds grant program

Through this program, we have been able to purchase an Emergency Response Unit set up with all rescue gear needed for wildlife rescues within the region. This unit is mobile and can be deployed in all regions to work with agencies and provide outcomes for wildlife during disasters.
